Robin H. Dial has 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He has acted as a commercial sales agent over his entire career and has been involved in the development of shopping centers, office buildings and industrial buildings during the past 20 years. Robin H. Dial II
Robin H. Dial II began his career in advertising, and was founder and owner of a successful San Francisco advertising business. After operating this business for ten years, Robin returned to his hometown to apply his experience to commercial real estate. Robin has specialized in the Columbia market for four years, and concentrates on brokering income property, land, and office buildings.

Cal McMeekin
A graduate of Clemson University, B. S., Industrial Management, Cal has career experience in banking and electric and gas utilities. Cal was an officer in the S.C. Army National Guard. Active in the community, Cal has served on the Board of Directors of both the Columbia and the Trident Chamber of Commerce (Charleston). Past Chair of the Trident United Way in Charleston, he is currently serving on the Board of the South Carolina Humanities Council, and the Palmetto Conservation Foundation. He has a broad range of experience in commercial real estate from retail leasing to office/ warehouse, to timber tracts. He has first hand experience in downtown Columbia properties.

Mr. Willcox, a native Columbian, was educated at The Citadel, Clemson, and USC, and has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1978. Daniel Wilcox
After graduating from Sewanee in 1983, Daniel served as a Marine Officer until 1995 when he opened the first Mail Boxes Etc/The UPS Store Franchise in Columbia. Since 2003 he has been in involved in rural land investment and development transforming ordinary timber tracts into hunting and recreation properties by constructing ponds, roads, wildlife clearings and cabins. Daniel joined Dial, Dunlap & Edwards in 2007.

Marcia B. Rubino
Marcia acts in dual capacities as our Staff Accountant and Property Manager. She is a graduate of Columbia College, B.A., Business Administration and Accounting with a background that includes experience in banking and operational audit. Rent collection, preventive maintenance and repairs, prepared annual budgets, reconciliations, rent rolls, prepared owner financial statements, accounts receivable and accounts payable are Marcia's routine responsibilities.
